General Terms
- All bookings can be made by contacting us on 0456601829 or by using our contact details on this website.
- Arrival time is an estimated time. Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Specific requirements must be clearly stated to the cleaner before job commences to enable us to provide a satisfactory service.
- For End of Lease Cleans all floors must be free of furniture and boxes.
- Cleaning of walls and windows are an additional service to an end of lease clean and must be pre-booked at time of end of lease clean booking.
Access to Property
- Access to the property needs to be clear and without obstruction. Any obstruction causing a delay may incur an additional charge
- Electricity and water must be present for the job to be performed.
General Cleaning Terms
- Obscene language, threats or violence of any nature will not be tolerated. This may result in termination of service and authorities notified. We will not be held liable for any loss or additional charges.
- Environment must be safe and secure for the job to be performed.
- No guarantees are given for clients to receive a “full bond refund” nor are any guarantees that all hair, marks on walls or all carpet stains can be removed by Carpet Slickers Cleaning Services.
Pricing and Payment Terms
- All jobs must be paid for by the completion of works or by an agreed date, day or time.
- Price quotes over the phone are a base or estimate price. We reserve the right to alter this price when we perform a physical inspection on the premises. Depending on size, condition and dirt level of the property these prices will vary.
- For Vacate Cleans all payments for the job must be made up front before work commences or by an agreed date, day or time. we reserve the right to enforce further/additional charges for outstanding payment
- For a return clean for a Vacate Clean Carpet Slickers must be notified within 72 hours after clean to be able to make a return visit. A partial refund will be applicable only after a return visit has been made to rectify the previous cleaning job.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation to service must be made no less than 48 hours prior to the time of service.
- Cancellations to service less than 48 hours will incur the cost of one hour of cleaning fees.
- End of Lease Cleaning cancellations less than 48 hours from job start time will incur a cancellation fee of $100. Cancellation charges must be paid on arrival at premises.

- Pre-vacuumed rooms
- Single Storey (Surcharge Double Storey)
- Location/distance may incur surcharge
- Surcharge may be applied for service after hours & Weekends
- Promotion not to be multiplied across or added on top of any promotion
